چکیده | ||
پژوهش حاضر یک پژوهش کیفی با هدف کاوش شایستگیهای معلم تأثیرگذار دوره ابتدایی از دیدگاه معلمان و دانشآموزان است که با استفاده از روش پدیدارشناسی توصیفی انجام گرفتهاست. روش نمونهگیری در این پژوهش، هدفمند بهشیوه نظری است. بدینمنظور، دادهها از طریق مصاحبه نیمهساختاریافته با 15 نفر از معلمان دوره ابتدایی و 18 نفر از دانشآموزان شاغل به تحصیل، در استان چهارمحالوبختیاری بهدست آمد. بر پایهی چارچوب نظری مسئله پژوهش، پرسشهای مصاحبه طراحی و بازنگری شدند. بهمنظور تحلیل دادهها، پس از متنسازی هر مصاحبه، بهمنظور ساخت مفاهیم، دادهها بهکمک رویکرد رفت و برگشتی و مقایسه مستمر، کدگذاری و ارائه شدند. یافتهها بیانگر آن است که سه مقولهی اصلیِ شایستگیهای شخصیتی، شایستگیهای ادراک محیطی و شایستگیهای حرفهای نمایندهی فهم معلمان و دانشآموزان از ابعاد وجودی یک معلم تأثیرگذار است. بر پایهی رهیافتهای پژوهش، ضمن تأکید و توجه بیشتر به شایستگیهای شخصیتی، دانشآموزان شرکتکننده در این پژوهش نشان دادند برای آنها معلم تأثیرگذار در ویژگیهای مراقبتی، عاطفی و حمایتی وجودی سرشار دارد حال آنکه معلمان مشارکتکننده، به نفع صلاحیتهای علمی و فنی نظر داشتند. از اینرو این پژوهش میتواند زمینهای برای ژرفاندیشی و بازاندیشی به مباحث مرتبط با تربیت معلم، بهخصوص در بخش جذب و آمادهسازی باشد. | ||
