چکیده | ||
تدریس پژوهی رویکردی برای توسعهی حرفهای است که طی آن معلمان با یکدیگر در جهت تدوین طرح درس، اجرا، مشاهده و تحلیل نتایج آن در جهت بهبود یادگیری دانش آموزان همکاری و مشارکت مینمایند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثر تدریس پژوهی بر غنیسازی شغلی معلمان ابتدایی با روش تحقیق نیمه آزمایشی با پیش آزمون پس آزمون و گروه کنترل انجام گرفت. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل کلیه معلمان ابتدایی شهرستان کوهدشت بود که در سال تحصیلی 02-01 در مدارس محل خدمت خود مشغول به اجرای فرایند تدرسپژوهی بودند و همچنین معلمانی که در این دورهها شرکت نکرده بودند. متغیر مستقل شرکت در فرایند تدریس پژوهی بود که تأثیر استفاده از آن بر غنیسازی شغلی معلمان و مؤلفههای آن بهعنوان متغیر وابسته بررسی شد. کل فرآیند تدریسپژوهی در 9 جلسهی 90 دقیقهای دو روز در هفته برگزار شد. حجم نمونه برای گروه آزمایش 45 نفر و برای گروه کنترل 45 نفر در نظر گرفته شد که با روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. دادهها با استفاده از پرسشنامه غنیسازی شغلی Hockman and Oldham (1976) گردآوری شد. روایی ابزار توسط متخصصان و آلفای کرونباخ پنج عامل استخراج شده نیز از 58% تا 62% گزارش شده است. آلفای کرونباخ کلی پنج استخراج شده در این پژوهش 724% بهدست آمد. در این پژوهش، دادههای جمعآوری شده با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS ویرایش 26 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. در بخش آمار توصیفی از آمارههای میانگین و انحراف استاندارد استفاده شد و در قسمت آمار استنباطی برای تحلیل سؤالات از آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس چند متغیره استفاده شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که بین نمرات غنیسازی شغلی معلمان شرکت کرده در فرایند تدریسپژوهی و معلمان شرکت نکرده در این فرایند تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد (p= 0/000). از این رو میتوان گفت که تدریس پژوهی میتواند به غنیسازی شغلی معلمان کمک کند. | ||
