| چکیده | ||
| هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف فراتحلیل مطالعات کاربران کتابخانه‌های عمومی ایران و دستیابی به فهمی دقیق از یافته های پژوهش های پیشین در این زمینه انجام گرفته است. روش: در این مطالعه از روش جستجوی پایگاههای اطلاعاتی با استفاده از کلیدواژه‌های user studies", "user study" , "public library user studies" " ," The importance of user studies" در بین پایگاههای اطلاعاتی خارجی Google Scholar, Scopus, JSTOR, Science Direct و کلیدواژه‌های مطالعات کاربران، مطالعات کاربران کتابخانه‌های عمومی، کاربران کتابخانه‌های عمومی، جذب مخاطب در بین پایگاههای داخلیSID, Magiran, Noormags کار جستجو انجام پذیرفت. در نهایت، 18 منبع انگلیسی و 38 مقاله فارسی وارد مطالعه شد. سیر تحول مطالعات کاربران در دو دوره زمانی قبل و بعد از دهه1980 شناسایی و تحلیل شده است. یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد در مطالعات خارجی توزیع فراوانی حوزه‌های مطالعه شده در مطالعات کاربران، «عوامل و موانع استفاده از کتابخانه عمومی و خدمات کتابخانه»، بیشترین فراوانی را به خود اختصاص داده اند،. خدمات، مکان و منابع کتابخانه، دسترس‌پذیری و راحتی محیط کتابحانه، و کارکنان با بیشترین فراوانی به عنوان زیرمولفه‌های مطرح شده در این مطالعات بوده اند. رابطه بین درآمد، تحصیلات، جنسیت، سن، میزان اوقات فراغت و همچنین استفاده از اینترنت بر استفاده از کتابخانه عمومی مورد تایید قرار گرفته است. در مطالعات انجام شده در ایران، فضا و معماری کتابخانه، مناسبت منابع با نیاز اعضاء، نگرش‌سنجی در خصوص کتابخانه عمومی، تمرکز بر سنجش رضایت افراد بیشترین فراوانی را به خود اختصاص داده‌اند. | ||
