چکیده | ||
هدف از این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر آموزش فرزندپروری ذهنآگاهانه بر ابراز وجود مثبت و خلقوخوی دانشآموزان دختر با اختلالات درونیسازی بود. روش پژوهش نیمهآزمایشی و از نوع پیشآزمون و پسآزمون با گروه کنترل و دوره پیگیری یک ماهه بود. جامعه آماری را کلیه دانشآموزان دختر دورهی دوم ابتدایی با اختلالات درونیسازی شهر اصفهان در سال تحصیلی 1399-1398 به همراه مادرانشان تشکیل دادند. از جامعه مذکور30 دانشآموز-مادر به شیوهی دردسترس انتخاب شدند و بهصورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل گمارده شدند. برنامه آموزش فرزندپروری ذهنآگاهانه، طی 8 جلسه برای گروه آزمایش اجرا شد. ابزار پژوهش، مقیاس خلقوخو (Malhotra)، مقیاس ابراز وجود (Gambrill and Ritchie) و سیاهه رفتار کودک (Achenbach) بود. در این پژوهش از روش تحلیل واریانس با اندازهگیریهای مکرر استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان داد که در ابراز وجود مثبت و خلقوخو بین پیشآزمون، پسآزمون و پیگیری تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد (05/0p<). مجذور سهمی اتا نشان میدهد که 2/17 درصد از تفاوت بین دو گروه در ابراز وجود مثبت و 1/79 درصد از تفاوت در خلقوخو مربوط به آموزش فرزندپروری ذهنآگاهانه بوده است. همچنین میزان تأثیر آموزش فرزندپروری در مرحله پیگیری در بهبود ابراز وجود مثبت 21 درصد و در بهبود خلقوخوی دانشآموزان دختر 36 درصد بهدست آمد. بنابراین متخصصان میتوانند از آموزش فرزندپروری ذهنآگاهانه میتوانند به منظور بهبود ابراز وجود مثبت و خلقوخوی دانشآموزان دختر دارای اختلال درونیسازی بهره ببرند. | ||
