چکیده | ||
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی آموزش مدیریت خشم مبتنی بر رویکرد شناختی بر تکانشگری دانشآموزان پسر قلدر انجام گرفت. پژوهش حاضر نیمهآزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون- پسآزمون با گروه گواه و دوره پیگیری دو ماهه بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل دانشآموزان پسر قلدر دوره اول متوسطه شهر بندرعباس در سال تحصیلی 99-1398 بود. در این پژوهش تعداد 30 دانشآموز پسر قلدر با روش نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب و بهصورت تصادفی در گروههای آزمایش و گواه گمارده شدند (هر گروه 15 دانشآموز). گروه آزمایش آموزش مدیریت خشم مبتنی بر رویکرد شناختی را طی یک ماه در 8 جلسه 75 دقیقهای دریافت نمودند. در این بین در گروه آزمایش 2 نفر و در گروه گواه گواه نیز 3 نفر ریزش داشتند. پرسشنامههای مورد استفاده در این پژوهش شامل مقیاس قلدری ایلینویز (IBS) و پرسشنامه تکانشگری بارت (BIS) بود. دادههای حاصل از پژوهش به شیوه تحلیل واریانس آمیخته و آزمون تعقیبی بونفرنی با استفاده از نرمافزار آماری SPSS-23 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که آموزش مدیریت خشم مبتنی بر رویکرد شناختی بر تکانشگری دانشآموزان پسر قلدر تأثیر معنیداری دارد (001/0p<). بر اساس یافتههای پژوهش حاضر میتوان چنین نتیجه گرفت که آموزش مدیریت خشم مبتنی بر رویکرد شناختی- رفتاری با تمرکز بر مهارتهای مدیریت خشم، راهکارهای عملی مدیریت خشم و خودآموزی شناختی میتواند به عنوان یک روش کارآمد جهت کاهش تکانشگری دانشآموزان پسر قلدر مورد استفاده گیرد. | ||
