چکیده | ||
تعارض کار-خانواده موضوعی اساسی میباشد که کارکنان را تحت تأثیر قرار میدهد و از شایعترین شکایات هر سازمانی میباشد. از جمله عواملی که با تعارض کار-خانواده ارتباط دارند میتوان به سرمایه اجتماعی و تعهد سازمانی اشاره کرد. بدینترتیب این پژوهش به دنبال بررسی رابطه سرمایه اجتماعی و تعارض کار-خانواده با نقش میانجی تعهد سازمانی میباشد. این تحقیق از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش گردآوری داده ها توصیفی میباشد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش کلیه افراد شاغل بازار کار شهر تهران میباشد. در این پژوهش از روش نمونهگیری در دسترس استفاده شده است. ابزار این پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه تعارض کار-خانواده Netmier et al. (1996)، پرسشنامه سرمایه اجتماعی انجمن سرمایه اجتماعی آمریکا و پرسشنامه تعهد سازمانی (1996) Balfour & Wechsler میباشد. همچنین برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از نرمافزار SPSS و smartPLS استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که رابطه سرمایه اجتماعی با تعهد سازمانی و تعهد سازمانی با تعارض کار و خانواده معنیدار است. علاوه بر این، تحقیق نقش واسطهای تعهد سازمانی را در رابطه بین سرمایه اجتماعی با تعارض کار- خانواده تأیید کرد. نتیجه حاصل از پژوهش حاضر نشان میدهد که تعهد سازمانی میتواند میانجیگر رابطه بین تعارض کار-خانواده و سرمایه اجتماعی باشد؛ بنابراین میبایست به موضوع تعهد سازمانی توجه ویژهای شود. | ||
