چکیده | ||
استرس شغلی شرایطی است که باعث فشار و خستگی جسمی و روانی و در مجموع ناراحتی انسان در حین کار میشود. افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس از جمله عوامل مؤثر بر کیفیت زندگی و بسیاری از مشکلات اجتماعی و عملکردی کارکنان است. هدف از این پژوهش شناسایی عوامل کاهنده استرس صنعت پتروشیمی بندر ماهشهر و سپس ارزیابی و تعیین اولویت آنهاست. پژوهش حاضر براساس هدف کاربردی و بر اساس ماهیت روش، توصیفی تحلیلی و از نظر شیوه گردآوری دادهها پیمایشی (میدانی) است. جامعه آماری شامل صاحبنظران و خبرگان حوزه منابع انسانی شرکت بود. برای تعیین 21 نفر از خبرگان از روش نمونهگیری گلولهبرفی استفاده شد. برای گردآوری دادهها از پرسشنامه ماتریسی دو بعدی به کار گرفته شد. بهمنظور تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از تکنیک تاپسیس استفاده شد. با توجه به مطالعه و تحلیل دادههای بهدستآمده در این پژوهش، اعتماد به نفس (29%=Wj) و نگرش سازمانی مطلوب (26%=Wj) بیشترین اهمیت را در بین شاخصهای مطرح در ارزیابی عوامل کاهنده استرس به خود اختصاص دادند. همچنین آموزش و توانمندسازی (CI=0.679) و اشتراک اطلاعات کارکنان (CI=0.631) در اولویت اول و دوم عوامل کاهنده استرس و بهبود بهرهوری تولید در صنعت پتروشیمی بندر ماهشهر شناسایی شد. بر اساس یافتههای پژوهش، آموزش و توانمندسازی و اشتراک اطلاعات کارکنان به عنوان مناسبترین عوامل کاهنده استرس در پتروشیمی بندر ماهشهر معرفی شد. بنابراین به مدیران پیشنهاد میشود بهمنظور کاهش استرس و به تبع آن بهبود بهرهوری در صنعت پتروشیمی بندر ماهشهر، آموزش و توانمندسازی و اشتراک اطلاعات را در مجموعه برنامههای شرکت بهطور فزایندهای مورد توجه قرار دهد. | ||
