بررسی برخی خصوصیات فیزیولوژیک لاین های گندم تریتی پایرم در پاسخ به تنش شوری | ||

چکیده | ||
شوری خاک اثر نامطلوبی بر تولیدات کشاورزی و در نتیجه امنیت غذایی دارد. تریتیپایرم یک گندم آمفی پلوئید دستساز بشر (2n=6x=42 ، AABBEbEb) است که از تلاقی بین گونه تریتیکوم دوروم (2n=4x=28 ، AABB) با تینوپایرم بسارابیکوم (2n=2x=14 ، EbEb) بدست آمده است و میتواند به عنوان یک گیاه با کاربرد دوگانهی علوفهای و دانهای مورد کشت قرار گیرد. در این آزمایش، برخی خصوصیات فیزیولوژیک لاین های اولیه گندم تریتی پایرم در شرایط شوری در قالب کرتهای خرد شده بر پایه طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار در محیط کشت هیدروپونیک در دانشگاه شهرکرد در سال 1399 مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. شوری به عنوان فاکتور اصلی در سه سطح (0، 100 و 200 میلی مولار کلرید سدیم) و ژنوتیپ شامل سه لاین اولیه تریتیپایرم (La/b، Ka/b وSt/b)، نسلهای 4F، 5F، 6F لاین ترکیبی تریتیپایرم اولیه (Cr/b)(Ka/b)، رقم گندم دوروم کرسو و همچنین لاین امید بخش تریتیکاله (45Ma) به عنوان فاکتور فرعی در نظر گرفته شدند. تیمارهای شوری از مرحله سه برگی به بعد اعمال شد. صفاتی از قبیل غلظت سدیم، پتاسیم، کلسیم، نسبت پتاسیم به سدیم اندام هوایی و ریشه، سطح برگ پرچم، تعداد گلچه بارور در سنبله، وزن هزار دانه، عملکرد بیولوژیک و عملکرد دانه در واحد آزمایشی اندازهگیری شدند. بر اساس نتایج بدست آمده، بین ژنوتیپهای مورد بررسی از نظر کلیه صفات مورد مطالعه اختلاف معنیداری مشاهده شد. در تنش شوری 200 میلی مولار، لاین امید بخش تریتیکاله (45Ma) و لاین تریتیپایرم (Ka/b)(Cr/b)(F6) بیشترین و لاین La/b کمترین سطح برگ پرچم داشتند. همچنین لاین تریتیپایرم (6 (Ka/b)(Cr/b)(Fبالاترین عملکرد بیولوژیک و عملکرد دانه در واحد آزمایشی و کمترین غلظت سدیم در اندام هوایی در تنش شوری 200 میلیمولار را دارا بود. با افزایش شدت تنش شوری، غلظت سدیم در ریشه و اندام هوایی در کلیه ژنوتیپ ها افزایش یافت و متعاقباً صفات سطح برگ پرچم، تعداد گلچهی بارور، وزن هزار دانه و عملکرد دانه در واحد آزمایشی در ارقام و لاین های مورد مطالعه کاهش یافت. همبستگی منفی و معنی دار بین غلظت سدیم اندام هوایی و ریشه با صفات سطح برگ پرچم، تعداد گلچه بارور و وزن هزار دانه مشاهده شد اما بین عملکرد بیولوژیک و غلظت سدیم ریشه و اندام هوایی همبستگی معنی داری وجود نداشت. بطور میانگین لاینهای مختلف تریتیپایروم نسبت به گندم کرسو و تریتیکاله میزان بیشتری سدیم در ریشه تجمع داده بودند در حالی که غلظت این عنصر در اندام هوایی آن ها کمتر از دو گونه مذکور بود. بنابراین ممکن است یکی از مکانیسم های تحمل شوری در لاین های تریتی پایروم جلوگیری از انتقال یونهای سدیم به بخشهای هوایی باشد. | ||
