چکیده | ||
هدف: تبیین تأثیر اشتراک دانشوب بر کارآفرینیدانش باتوجه به نقش میانجی پذیرشفناوریاطلاعات براساس مدلTOE درمیان کارکنان نهاد کتابخانههای عمومی کشور است روششناسی: پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و از نظر گردآوری دادهها توصیفی پیمایشی از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه کتابداران کتابخانههای عمومی کشور به تعداد 7000 نفر تشکیل میدهند که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 364 نفر بهعنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامههای اشتراکدانش وب طاهرخانی، طهماسبی و قیاسی (2022)، کارآفرینیدانش اسکرزسکی (2006) و پذیرش فناوری اطلاعات چاندرا و کاریپورناندا (2018) استفاده شد. روایی صوری، محتوایی و سازه ابزار مورد تأیید و پایایی آنها نیز با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ محاسبه و تایید گردید. جهت تحلیل نتایج از نرمافزارهای افزارهای SPSS22 و PLS3.8 استفاده شد. یافتهها: یافتههای پژوهش نشان داد که ضریب تأثیر، اشتراک دانشوب برکارآفرینیدانش کارکنان و پذیرش فناوری اطلاعات بهترتیب برابر 554/0 و 415/0؛ ضریب تأثیر پذیرش فناوری اطلاعات بر کارآفرینی دانش کارکنان برابر 887/0 و ضریب تأثیر پذیرش فناوری اطلاعات در رابطه بین اشتراک دانش وب و کارآفرینیدانش برابر 583/0 محاسبه گردید که درتمام مسیرها مقدار آماره آزمون محاسبه شده بزرگتر از 96/1 شده است. همچنین یافتهها نشان داد که اشتراک دانشوب برکارآفرینیدانش و پذیرش فناوری اطلاعات براساس مدل TOE کارکنان تأثیر مثبت و معناداری داشته ونقش میانجی پذیرش فناوری اطلاعات براساس مدل TOE در تأثیر اشتراک دانشوب برکارآفرینی دانش کارکنان تأیید شده است. نتیجهگیری: با توجه به یافتههای تحقیق میتوان استنباط کرد که توسعهی کارآفرینی دانش مستلزم ایجاد و تقویت زیرساختهایی چون اشتراک دانش وب و فناوری اطلاعات است و باید به آنها بهصورت یک فرایند به هم پیوسته نگریست و ضروری است که توسط کتابخانهها مورد توجه جدی قرارگیرد. | ||
