به منظور بررسی اثر تنش غرقابی بر برخی ویژگیهای فتوسنتزی و زراعی ماش، پژوهشی گلدانی مزرعهای بهصورت اسپلیت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح پایه بلوکهای کامل تصادفی در تابستان سال 1395 در گلخانه تحقیقاتی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه شهید چمران اهواز اجرا شد. مراحل مختلف رشدی شامل رشد رویشی، ابتدای گلدهی، پر شدن دانه و هر سه مرحله رشدی در کرت اصلی و شرایط بدون تنش و تنش غرقابی و نیز دو رقم هندی و عمرانی ماش در کرت فرعی قرار گرفتند. تنش سبب کاهش وزن خشک و عملکرد دانه شد. این کاهش برای رقم هندی در مرحله رشد رویشی بهترتیب 45 و 37 درصد، ابتدای گلدهی بهترتیب 66 و 68 درصد، پر شدن دانه بهترتیب 44 و 48 درصد و هر سه مرحله رشدی بهترتیب 39 و 41 درصد و برای رقم عمرانی در مرحله رشد رویشی بهترتیب 60 و 60 درصد، ابتدای گلدهی بهترتیب 51 و 44 درصد، پر شدن دانه به ترتیب 46 و 45 درصد و هرسه مرحله رشدی بهترتیب 69 و 58 درصد بود. بهطورکلی تنش غرقابی منجر به کاهش سرعت فتوسنتز، هدایت روزنهای، سرعت تعرق، محتوای کلروفیل و عدد اسپد در هر دو رقم شد. در تیمارهای تنش در هر مرحله رشدی به صورت منفرد، رقم عمرانی به دلیل نامحدود رشد بودن و انعطاف پذیری فنولوژیکی و طولانیتر بودن مدت زمان تشکیل غلافها توانست تا حدودی آسیب ناشی از تنش را جبران کند. بنابراین در خوزستان که گیاهان تابستانه مانند ماش با شرایط غرقابی در مراحل مختلف رشدی روبرو میشوند، رقم هندی برای کشت مناسبتر به نظر میرسد. | ||
